A well-established private practice (part of a group of 4 practices in the area) is currently searching for a full time General Dentist in their fully digital, technologically advanced practice in Lexington, Virginia. The practice has 8 operatories, is currently seeing over 100 new patients a month, accepts PPO / Cash patients only, and also does Invisalign and TMJ treatments. They're offering a great compensation package that includes a salary for the first year and a benefits package that includes a matching 401K. The owners of the practice are very open to mentoring, and there's also potential partnership down the road as well!
