PRACTICE:

· Large standing loyal patient base / minimal ramp up

· Experienced staff with an EFDA

· Schedule Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

· PPO and FFS practice - NO Medicaid

· 7 operatories, 3admin offices and a break room

· Average tenure of staff is 10+ years.
