Position Highlights:

Established Private Practice: Since 2019, consistently averaging over $1 million in production per year, focusing on Fee-for-Service or PPO.
State-of-the-Art Facility: Fully digital office equipped with CEREC, 3D imaging, and cutting-edge technology.
Comprehensive Dentistry: Perform all forms of dentistry, including implants.
Autonomy or Mentorship: Choose between 100% autonomy or the option to be mentored based on your preference.
Dominant Presence: No competition in the area; dominate the market with an average of 45 new patients per month and a patient base of 3,000 active patients.
Supportive Team: Work with 5 chairs, 2 hygienists, 1 dental assistant, and a proactive Office Manager who steps in whenever needed.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary: Employed with a base salary of $200,000 or more.
Production Bonus: Earn additional rewards based on Adjusted Collections.
Bonuses and Benefits: Sign-on and relocation bonuses, 100% coverage for continuing education, 401k with 6% match, health benefits, medical malpractice coverage, supplemental insurance, and more.
