Private Practice position located in sought out suburb across the river from Cincinnati, in Kentucky.

Position:
Single owner with three practices is looking to find a fulltime provider for their newest clinic located less than 7 miles from Cincinnati, in Kentucky. The practice acquired has been in existence for over 20 years and continues to average over 25 new patients a month and produces over 1 million a year. The practice has 4 new treatment rooms, is all digital, has a tenured Advanced Dental Hygienist, 2 Dental Assistants and 1 Practice Manager. Practice is capable of all general dentistry including Implants, and owner is ok with mentoring if desired. Normal schedule is a 4-day work week, 8am to 5pm with an hour each day for lunch. This clinic sees mainly all adult who have PPO or pay FFS, no capitated medicine.

Employment:
This position is an employed position offering full benefits, 3% Matching IRA, free dental, pays for continuing education, covers medical malpractice, and covers labs 100%. Owner is giving a daily, with a tiered production bonus based on collections. No reason new provider does not earn $200,000 year one but will have the ability to earn over $300,000 depending on skill set.
