(Archived) Dentist Position in Georgia - Marietta - Faith Based - 150K Salary

Overview:

– Christ focused organization – Mission to serve hurting families in Cobb County
– Fully staffed at 2 fulltime dentists and 1 Part time provider
– State of the art clinic fully renovated in 2021 – 9 Chairs, 2 private surgical suites
– Strong support staff to include Hygienist and assistants
– Teaching site for final year dental students
– Offers full spectrum of Restorative and Preventative procedures – Bridges, crowns, dentures, extractions, and “basic surgical”
– Majority adult patient panel – Can increase pediatric volume if incoming provider desires
– “Ability to set your schedule” – 32 to 40 hours per week preferred, but can consider less
– No weekends

Compensation:

– 150K Salary
– NHSC Loan Assistance – 25K/Year for 2 years
– PTO – 4 Weeks plus National Holidays
– CME – 3 days plus 2K Allowance
– Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision
– 401K – Eligible after 6 mos – Company contributes 3 percent (regardless of EE contribution) after 1 year
– 18 days PTO, 7 paid holidays, 3 days CE

– Missouri – Rolla, community health, Up to 240K salary plus production incentives, 10K sign on
– Oklahoma – Stigler, Community Health, 175K salary, leadership
– Oregon – Burns, private practice of 50 years, teaching site for OHSU, 275K demonstrated income
– Mississippi – Ackerman, Private Practice, 235K plus
