Associate Dentist Position | Growing Virginia City outside of Washington DC

My client has a thriving private dental practice in Virginia.. There is also a short track for partnership or ownership.

Financials:
· Daily guarantee with a Production Bonus of 30% of production paid weekly.
· Potential of $250,000 first year.
· Paid best of guaranteed daily or commission.
Practice Schedule:
· Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 open to 4 days a week.
· Average 18-20 patients per day.
· 24 hygiene checks per day between 4 hygienists.
Practice Details:
· Fee For Service and negotiated insurance rates
· Practice does all aspects of general Dentistry
· 92% of patients are adults.
Other:
· No lab fees.
· Great benefits with 401K match.
· Partnership or Ownership potential from day 1.
