– Location of need – La Vergne (18 miles from Nashville)
– 4-5 day work week options
– Network of offices with 4 locations in Greater Nashville area
– 3OPS, 2 Hygiene chairs, 1 office Manager, 2 Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
– Office Manager is trilingual (Arabic, Spanish and English)
– General Sedation: local/nitrous
– 50+ New patients monthly
– Employed Position
– Partnership opportunity after 1 year
– Payer Mix : 70% Medicare and 30% Insurance
– General Dentistry – Endo, Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, and Bridges
(Should be comfortable with Molar Endo, Surgical Extractions and Soft-Tissue Impacted Thirds)
– Approved Lab Bills covered 100%
– EMR-Denticon
– Dentist-Owner willing to train on complex procedures (implants, sleep apnea, botox, etc)
Offering:

– Compensation is 30% Adjusted Production – First 90 days Daily Guarantee of up to $1000 or Production (whichever is higher)
– Average Producer year 1 should make $250k
– 1 year commitment and 90 days notice after completion of first year
– Annual Malpractice Coverage up to $3,000
