Job Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS)
- Base salary: $205,900-$263,000 per years experience
- Annual productivity bonus: Encounter based.
- Relocation: Paid
- Sign on bonus: $40,000
- CME: $3K + 40 hours
- Vacation: 6 weeks
- Loan repayment through NHSC
- Covered: Professional Licensure, DEA, Association dues/fees, BLS/ACLS fees.

- Work Week: 4-day 10-hour shifts
- Clinic hours: 7:30a-5:30p
- Patient volume: 10-12

- Must have 5+ years’ experience.
