Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join the PATHS Dental Clinic team located just 53 miles from Durham, NC. As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, consistent with accepted professional standards. The clinic is part of a rapidly growing non-profit FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the community.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients effectively, providing both preventative and restorative dental care.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 dentists and 4 dental hygienists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a focus on patient satisfaction and establish positive relationships with clinic staff.
• Adhere to all relevant ethical, legal, and professional guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care.

Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS).
• Licensure: Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $216,000 annually (based on experience).
