General Dentist Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $190,000 - $228,000 per year, including bi-annual productivity bonuses
- Production Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually for high-performing General Dentist professionals
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Relocation Assistance: For out-of-area General Dentist hires
- Health Insurance: Fully paid medical insurance for the General Dentist and eligible dependents
- Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and 1 week of CME leave
- CME Support: Annual CME allowance to help the General Dentist stay up to date with advancements
- Retirement Plan: Employer-matched retirement contributions
- Loan Repayment Eligibility:
- Up to $70,000 in tax-free loan repayment through NHSC
- $50,000 for an initial 2-year service agreement as a General Dentist
- Additional $20,000 available for one-year continuation contracts
- Competitive HPSA score of 20 for dental—ideal for General Dentist loan forgiveness
Qualifications for the General Dentist Role:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Active, unrestricted North Dakota dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using digital record systems
- Committed to community-based, patient-centered care
