Job Description

This is Malen at Provider Healthcare. I am working with an IHS facility in Arizona. They have have a need for a General Dentist. They are looking for 6 months of locum coverage with an option to extend. Fantastic facility with a friendly support staff. They are looking for an individual with excellent bedside manners and quality patient care.
