Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
• Health Insurance – Employer Contribution of 70% (Approx. $80 Per Pay Period)
• Dental and Vision Insurance

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, promoting Work/Life Balance
• Outpatient Care
• No Weekend or Night Shifts Required
• Full Support Staff Available
• Practice Autonomy
• Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Removing decay, filling cavities, and repairing/removing damaged teeth.
  • Applying sealants or whitening agents.
  • Administering anesthetics during procedures.
  • Prescribing necessary medications.

Requirements

• Experience Preferred but Not Essential
• Passion for Compassionate Care
• Must Possess a Clear and Active License to Practice in Massachusetts
• DDS or DMD Degree Required
