- Scope of Work: General dentistry, crowns, bridges, moldings: 3 DAs and 1 hygienist
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS, DEA, MI license: Medicaid/Medicare enrolled is preferred
- EMR: Eaglesoft
