General Dentist – Currituck County, NC

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our team in Currituck County, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. Currituck County, NC is a small quaint town located in the beautiful area on the Outer Banks of NC. The area offer great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conducting initial patient assessments and developing treatment plans
– Performing routine dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and cleanings
– Administering anesthetics and sedatives as necessary
– Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests to develop treatment plans
– Educating patients on oral health care and preventative measures
– Collaborating with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
– Maintaining accurate patient records and staying up-to-date with relevant dental regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
– Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
– Active dental license in the state of North Carolina
– Completion of a residency program in general dentistry
– Strong clinical skills, including the ability to perform a variety of dental procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
