Associate Dentist Opportunity – Private, Multi-Doctor Practice | Partnership Track
A long-standing private dental group with deep community roots (est. 1950s) is adding a full-time Associate General Dentist due to a senior partner’s planned retirement.
What’s on the table:
· Established 70+ year reputation & loyal patient base
· Full support team + modern tech: Sirona Orhtophos CBCT/PAN , iTero Scanner, Primescan, Full suite of Zimmer Implant system, CEREC, diode laser, intraoral cameras
· Mentorship in surgery, endodontics, advanced prosthodontics, full mouth rehabilitation cases
· Partnership opportunity in 1–3 years
· Earnings: Potential for $250K–$350K+ annually, with multiple comp options
