Job Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS)
- Up to $213K guarantee salary (experience based)
- Sign On bonus and Relocation stipend included
- Potential for annual bonus based on quality assurance
- FQHC setting qualified for Federal school loan assistance
- Excellent benefits package (401K, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, etc.)
- Flexible work week: 4 x 10 or 5 x 8 schedule
- 12-16 patients per day
- Pediatric and adult population
- Experience preferred but would consider new grads
- Open to visa sponsorship
- Seeking someone who enjoys serving undeserved areas and working with all ages
- Only 2-3-hour drive to major cities including Raleigh, D.C., and Richmond
- Area known for its beautiful rolling hills, lush green forests and rich historical sites
- 30 minutes to Lynchburg known for its culturally-rich neighborhoods and picturesque strollable city
- Outdoor enthusiast dream who also loves the amenities of a bigger city
- Things to do: Hiking, fishing, hunting, wineries, local farmers markets and art walks
