DDS Locums Opportunity with state-of-the-art medical center, IA

Location: Iowa (Specific location details provided upon inquiry)

Position Type: Full-time

Clinical Information:

• Number of Patients per Provider/Shift: 12-16 plus some hygiene checks
• Dates/Times of Coverage: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Call Rotation: No On-Call
• Support Staff: 2-3 Dental Assistants per provider (EFDA and EFDA II), 3 Hygienists

Procedures:

• Required Procedures: Extractions, Restorative, Removable
• Procedures Eligible for Referral: RCT, Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry

Travel and Lodging:

• Travel and lodging will be provided for qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Medicaid/Medicare Patients Accepted: YES
• Provider Required to Have Medicaid Number: YES
• CPR/Additional Certifications Required: YES - CPR
• COVID Vaccination Required: No

Credentialing:

• Time-frame: Medicaid 90 days
• Internal Credentialing: Less than two weeks; providers needing Medicaid are eligible to work while Medicaid registration processes.
