Coastal Michigan, Private Dental Practice Looking to Add Another to the Team

Position:

• General and Biological Dentistry being offered at this location, mentorship available if desired for Biological Dentistry
• Clinic is dedicated to providing patients with minimally invasive and non-toxic treatments that go way beyond practices of the past
• Ability to do all general dentistry including oral surgery, or refer out – Big Opportunity to Make a lot of Money here
• 1-year new patient wait time, 10-15 operative patients a day, clinic is producing over $1.2 million a year
• 3 hygienist, 2 dental assistants, 5 ops with expansion underway and set to conclude in summer, to 10 ops
• 80% FFS, 20% insurance
• Ability to do all general dentistry including oral surgery, or refer out
• 3-to-5-day work weeks are available, with end of day coming at 4pm or 2pm

Financials:

• Ability to earn over $300,000 + a year
• Salary Guarantee, % of Adjusted Billings once exceed daily, labs covered, mal-practice covered, 401k, and benefits given
• Possible Equity down the road

Location:

• Minutes from Grand Rapids, minutes for Michigan Lake, with positive population growth
• A+ rated public school system, A+ rated neighboring school system, private schools, and colleges near
• Vacation destination, new construction, and established homes for sale or rent
• The city is small and quaint, with a population of just 6,000 people
• Located in Ottawa County, about 20 miles from Grand Rapids, and enjoys all the benefits of being close to a metropolitan area while still maintaining its rural charm
