Work Site Location/Address(es): 630 Pyramid Way, Sparks, NV 89431 & 5295 Sun Valley Blvd. Suite 6, Sun Valley, NV 89433
Support Staff & Clinical Environment: 1 Hygienist and 2-3 assistants in each office
REASON FOR NEED: Army Reserve Service
SCHEDULE: June 5th – 22nd, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Start Date/End Date of Coverage required: June 5th through June 22nd
SHIFT TIMES
Weekdays: Sparks location Monday & Wednesday 8am-5pm; Sun Valley location Tuesday & Thursday 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch for both locations (Locations are less than 5 miles apart)
