My client is searching for a General Dentist to join a well-established and reputable practice; One location for all dentistry services. This offer is an opportunity to build upon an existing foundation and achieve practice partnership.

Large Practice: 16 operatories w/ Modern Equipment
Patient Volume: High demand exceeds current staff capabilities
Schedule: 5-day Work Week
Experienced Team: Well-Functioning support staff & team of providers

What You’ll Do:

Perform comprehensive dental services
Diagnose oral diseases and conditions using advanced diagnostic tools
Develop and present treatment plans, ensuring patient understanding
Collaborate with a highly skilled team to deliver exceptional patient care
Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records and stay updated on the latest in dental technology

Compensation & Benefits:

First-year production goal: $840K - $1.2M with anticipated compensation of $300K+
Sign-on Bonus: $75,000
