- Work Dates Needed: ASAP with 90 days credential - 6 months to 1 year
- Preferred Schedule: 5 8s, 1st shift 8a-5p, 2nd shift 9a-6p. M-F
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Wasilla clinic: working within an empanelment team : 1 dentist, 1 dental hygienist, 2 Dental assistants, 1 Case management support, 3 dental chairs. Providing full scope of general services: restorations, crowns, limited endo (ant and bicuspids), dentures, exams etc
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: AK license, DEA, BLS,
- EMR: Cerner
