General Dentist | Wisconsin | 32% collections | Partnership

We have a General Dentist position in Wisconsin with a partnership track.

Practice Details:

Private Group started over 40 years ago - “patient first” philosophy

4-day work week: Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30

4 -OPS, 1 Hygiene chair, 1 office Manager, 2 Assistants, and 1 Receptionist

$1.4 million in billings for 2024

10+ New patients monthly

Averaging 5-11 patients daily

Less than 20% Pediatric patients

Payer Mix: 100% FFS

General Dentistry – Crown, Bridge, Implant, surgical and sedation dentistry

Production Goal/Day - $5500.

Anything $5000 or under, Provider responsible for 25% Lab fees

EMR- Dentrix & Dexis for digital X-rays

Compensation:

· Compensation is 32%Production – First 60 days hourly Guarantee of $120 or Production (whichever is higher)

· $450 Medical Insurance Stipend

· $3,000 Professional Dues & CE

· $2,000 Professional Associations

· Liability Insurance

· 401k and Dental Benefits

Location:

Located at the confluence of the Wisconsin, Tomahawk and Spirit rivers, just south of Oneida County, the community is encompassed by thousands of acres of exceptional fishing and boating waters.

The community is home to more than 15 lakes and rivers, providing ample room for boating and great fishing.
