Pay Rate: $1030.97 - $1030.95
This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: October - December maternity leave coverage.
- Job Setting: Dental Office
- Patients per Day/Volume: 15-20
- Types of Cases: 85% of patients are adults.
- Credentialing Timeframe : 1-2 days
- Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active STATE license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required
