Community Health Clinic between Buffalo and Rochester, New York, Looking for Permanent Dental Provider

Quick Facts:

· FQHC Serving 30,000 at 11 locations since 1973

· Full Health Services offered onsite including Primary Care, Pediatric, Vision, DDS, and Behavioral Health

· 4 OPS, 1 Assistant, and 1 Hygienist

· 4-day work week Monday-Thursday

· Team-focused: Prioritizes the needs of the team over their own

· General Dentistry - Endo, Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, and Bridges

· Provide day-to-day supervision of dental assistants and dental hygienists

· Participate in annual continuing dental education to enhance skills and knowledge.

· Follow all exposure and infection control protocols.

· Engage in departmental peer review processes to maintain quality standards.

· Lock all completed notes within three days of the visit.1.5 patients per hour

· EMR-ECW

Offering:

· $185,000 - $200,000 straight salary+ sign-on
