Preferred Schedule: 8a - 5p M-F
Worksite Setting: Dentures clinic
Scope of Work: do full mouth extractions, surgical extractions, simple extractions, partials and immediate denture deliveries. Implant restoration is a plus but not required
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IN license, DEA
