Position:

· Full autonomy – No corporate oversight, practice as a true professional

· Must be comfortable with Molar Endodontics, Crown/Bridge, Extractions/Dentures, comprehensive treatment planning

· All sedation options available – Allowing for larger, full-treatment cases and higher production

· 70% direct patient pay – Patients pay in full prior to treatment, maximizing collections

· No capitation, HMO, Medicare, or Medicaid – Only FFS & select PPOs

· Extensive marketing support – High volume of new patients ready for treatment
