  • Adult-focused general dentistry (~82–83% adult / ~17–18% pediatric)
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with Fridays OFF and no routine weekends or call.
• Clinical Breadth & Mentorship: Full-scope general dentistry with opportunities to expand skills. Mentorship available from experienced providers, including exposure to crowns, restorative dentistry, surgery, and implants.
• Modern, Well-Resourced Office: Practice in a large, modern facility with 12 operatories, strong hygiene support, laser technology for early decay detection, and an experienced clinical and administrative team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Lucrative Production Compensation: 33% of adjusted collections, above typical market benchmarks.
• Ramp-Up Guarantee: $700 per day for the first 90 days, paid as the greater of daily guarantee or production during onboarding.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Kansas dental license or ability to obtain
• Open to experienced dentists or 2025 graduates
• Comfortable with a broad scope of general dentistry or motivated to learn
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
