Assignment Dates: June 16 – August 29
We are seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens opportunity in Eau Claire, WI. This assignment will only consider providers with an ACTIVE DEA (with all schedules) at the time of submission.
Facility:
Aspen Dental – Eau Claire, WI (Facility #9097)
3809 Oakwood Mall Dr, Eau Claire, WI
Schedule:
-
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Assignment Dates:
-
June 16–20, 23–27, 30

July 1–3, 7–11, 14–18, 21–25, 28–31

August 1, 4–8, 11–15, 18–22, 25–29
Support Staff Onsite:
-
2 Hygienists
-
4 Dental Assistants
Daily Patient Volume:
-
~5 new patients
-
~8 existing patients
Required Procedures:
-
Comfortable performing surgical extractions (including simple, surgical, and full-mouth)

Proficient in analog denture steps
