Job Description

We are seeking a provider to assist with simple, surgical, and full-mouth extractions. When submitting, please indicate any limitations regarding the types of extractions you can perform.

Dates & Hours:

  • Wednesday, June 4: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Thursday, June 5: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday, June 6: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Important: Only providers with an ACTIVE DEA will be considered.
