Job Description
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start: May 19th
- Monday–Friday (flexible – will consider 4 days/week)
- Hours: 8am–5pm with a 1-hour lunch break (12pm–1pm)
- Patient Mix: 90% adults / 10% pediatrics
- Average Patient Load: 8–10 restorative + 10–15 hygiene exams per day
- Required Procedures: Implants, bone grafting, extractions, comprehensive restorative care
- EMR: CareStack
- Credentialing: 30–60 days
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active AZ state license
