Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist for a 49-day locum tenens assignment at a dental clinic in Maryland. Starting on 04/28/2025, this opportunity offers a varied schedule Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from early morning to early evening. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry services in a dynamic clinical environment. This role requires strong dental skills, adaptability to different schedules, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care using the Dentrix practice management system.

Schedule: Monday 6:30am-3pm, Tuesday 6:30am-3pm, Wednesday 9:30am-6pm, Thursday 8:30am-3pm, Friday 7:30am-3pm


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services

• Perform routine dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, and fillings

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

• Utilize Dentrix practice management system for patient records and scheduling

• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with patients about their oral health and treatment options

• Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies
