About the Position:

Group in Gaithersburg, MD is actively seeking a General Dentist to join our team!

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of clinical experience required

• DDS or DMD degree with an active, unrestricted Maryland dental license

• Completion of a General Practice Residency preferred

• High proficiency across all aspects of general dentistry, with a strong emphasis on prevention

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with patients

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Serving the community since 2011

• Team: 9 Doctors, 4 Hygienists

• Operatories: 22

• Patient Base: 9,050 active patients; 130 new patients per month

• Payer Mix: 20% Fee-for-Service / 80% PPO

• Office Specialties: Orthodontics, Pediatrics, Oral Surgery, and Endodontics

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About Compensation & Benefits:

• Strong minimum daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections (typically $700–$850 per day, negotiable)
