Dentist - NY

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist for an immediate locum tenens opportunity in New York. This 60-day assignment, starting as early as 05/07/2025, offers a full-time schedule in a dental practice setting. The provider will work Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, performing a wide range of dental procedures. Responsibilities include simple and surgical extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, immediate and partial dentures, and comprehensive exams. The dentist will be in charge of one chair, with a second chair available for overflow. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care to patients, utilizing the Eaglesoft practice management software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform simple and surgical extractions

• Complete fillings, crowns, and bridges

• Provide immediate and partial denture services

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions

• Develop treatment plans for patients

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft software

• Ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality care

• Adhere to practice policies and procedures

• Collaborate with dental assistants and other staff members

• Manage patient flow efficiently between primary and overflow chairs

• Stay updated on current dental practices and techniques

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed in New York

• Comfortable with a wide range of general dentistry procedures

• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software preferred

• Ability to start immediately (Wednesday-Thursday of the current week) is highly desirable
