Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 208-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, starting 05/22/2025. This opportunity is with a private practice and involves providing comprehensive dental care Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 3:00-3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing a wide range of dental procedures, including fillings, exams, crowns, extractions, root canals, pulpotomies, and pulpectomies. Experience with nitrous oxide sedation is preferred but not required. This role offers a chance for extension and utilizes the Dentrix practice management system.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning
• Provide general dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, and extractions
• Conduct root canal treatments, pulpotomies, and pulpectomies
• Offer patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix software
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Manage patient flow and appointments effectively
• Stay updated on current dental practices and technologies
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

• Wisconsin dental license required
• Comfort with nitrous oxide sedation is beneficial but not mandatory
