This position is with a mission-driven community health center providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: $162,440 – $170,000
• Health Insurance – 90% employer covered
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• Paid Time Off: 33 days + 8 paid holidays
• CME: Up to $4,000 + 40 hours of CME time
• Retirement: 403(b) with 100% match for first 3%, next 2% at 50%
• Student Loan Repayment – Up to $75,000

• Long-Term and Short-Term Disability – 100% employer paid
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
• EMR: Dentrix

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Tuesday to Friday (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Wednesday until 7:30 PM
• Patient Population: All ages
• Focus: General dentistry, including endo and extractions
• Average Patients Per Day: Varies by procedure
• Full Support Team Provided

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain
• New graduates are welcome
