We are seeking a skilled General Dentist for a locum tenens position at a dental clinic in Wisconsin. This 44-day assignment begins on 07/28/2025, with a schedule of Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, anterior root canals, implant crowns, bridges, partial dentures, and oral surgery. The dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, overseeing hygiene checks, and serving as a preceptor for students from a local university. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, and implant crowns

• Conduct anterior root canals and manage some endodontic cases in-house

• Oversee hygiene checks for approximately 50% of patients

• Serve as a preceptor for students from a local university

• Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software for patient documentation

• Collaborate with office staff, hygienists, and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely dental records

• Work efficiently across multiple operating chairs

• Demonstrate ability to handle diverse patient needs and procedures

• Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies


Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin

• Proficiency in Eaglesoft software preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Comfortable overseeing and mentoring dental students
