General Dentistry Position in Kentucky with Student Loan Repayment!

Job Description
COMPENSATION AND PERKS:
- Base Salary: $190,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
- Loan Repayment: $50,000/year
- CME Allowance: $1,500/year
- PTO: 3 weeks + 7 paid holidays
- Retirement: 403(b) with matching
- Malpractice Insurance: Full coverage (includes tail)
- Medical Stipend provided
FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rural health clinic with 6 operatories
- General dentistry practice with a broad adult patient base
- Focus on restorative, surgical procedures, including crowns, fillings, extractions, partials
- Approx. 20-22 patients per day
- Supervise dental assistants & hygienists
- EMR: EClinicalWorks, Digital Imaging
- Nitrous sedation available
- Collaborative team environment
- No call required, the office manager handles emergent calls
- Primarily adult patients (85%)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- KY License or eligibility
- New grads welcome
- Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus
- Ability to handle a variety of dental procedures
