Job Description
Our client is in need of a locum tenens dentist for a 60-day contract in Nebraska, starting October 13, 2025. The position requires a DMD degree and an active Nebraska license. In this role, the dentist will serve as the primary care provider for a diverse patient base, performing both hygiene checks and various dental procedures. There may be opportunities for endodontic work, with referral options available to a skilled endodontist. Work hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Start Date: 2025-10-13
Contract Length: 60 days
Location: Nebraska
Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break from 12 PM-1 PM.
Duties Include:
- Serving as the primary dentist for a full range of patients, handling both hygiene checks and a variety of procedures.
- Opportunity to perform some endodontic work, depending on your comfort and expertise, with a top-notch endodontist available for referrals.
- Utilizing the OpenDental EMR system to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain patient records.
Requirements:
- Must hold a DMD degree.
- Required to be licensed in NE.
- No specific board certifications required.
