Job Description
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start Date: ASAP-Ongoing
- Schedule: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Sat, 1 hr lunch
- Need 3 days per week
- Avg Patients/day: 20+
- Ages: all ages, mostly adults
- Cases: Bread and butter general dentistry
- Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active CA License
- DEA
- CPR card
