Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance:
- Providers work 4 days a week, with the first appointment scheduled at 7:45 AM and the last appointment ending at 4:45 PM.
Patient Care & Procedures:
- See 12-13 restorative patients and 2-4 hygiene patients daily.
- Perform a range of procedures, including cleanings, sealants, fluoride applications, fillings, extractions (including aftercare), crowns, anterior root canals, and prep for dentures.
Your Support Team:
- Work alongside a dedicated team consisting of 1 dentist, 1 registered dental hygienist (RDH), and 4 dental assistants (DAs).
No On-Call Stress:
- Enjoy a work-life balance with no on-call rotation or requirements.
State-of-the-Art Equipment:
- Utilize advanced technology such as a scanner for crowns and nightguards.
- WaveOne RCT.
- Equipped with a panoramic X-ray unit.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation:
- Compensation is variable based on experience, starting at $171,000/annually
Bonus Opportunities:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team.

Qualifications:
Degree:
DMD or DDS required.
Certifications:
Must hold relevant certifications in accordance with professional standards.
Licensure:
Must be licensed in Montana by the start date.
Skillset:
Open to both new graduates and practicing providers, with skills in clinical practice and patient care.
