Job Description

Locum Tenens Washington Dentist

Function: General Family Dentistry

Facility Location: Vancouver, WA 98682

Assignment Dates: ASAP, 2-4 months

Schedule/Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient

Patient Volume: 15-18 per day average

Procedures: General dentistry including (Root Canals or cuspid exposure procedures preferred)

Support Staff: Full staff: Front Office, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Dentist

Type of Charting: Eaglesoft

Requirements: WA License, DEA

Reason for Need: hiring a new associate dentist

Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Travel and Lodging Provided? No

Arthur Marshall Pays Weekly and Covers Dental Malpractice Insurance
