A Dentist is needed in Jamestown, New York.
Located in the scenic Chautauqua County, Jamestown offers access to stunning natural landscapes, a thriving arts community, and a family-friendly pace of life. This opportunity is with a mission-driven 501(c)(3) clinic currently pursuing FQHC status, delivering compassionate, full-scope care with a specialized focus on patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $190,819 annually (based on a 40-hour workweek)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; 4-day workweeks considered
- Health Insurance: Choice of high/low deductible PPO plans with employer HSA contributions up to $2,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient dental care with a focus on patients of all ages, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Productivity target: 1.7 patients per hour (aligned with national safety-net benchmarks)
- Utilize digital and panoramic x-ray technology in a state-of-the-art clinical environment
- Maintain accurate records and comply with clinical protocols and NYS credentialing requirements
- Work within a collaborative interdisciplinary care team
- Report to: Oral Health Director
- EMR: Dentrix
- Expected start date: As soon as credentialing is complete
Requirements
- Clear and active New York State dental license (preferred)
- New graduates and out-of-state licensed dentists are encouraged to apply
- Must obtain and maintain professional liability coverage
- Willingness to treat I/DD patient populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
