• Established Practice: Founded in 2007, the office has nearly doubled in size and utilizes modern equipment including CEREC crown machines and 3D panoramic X-rays.
• Flexible Work Schedule: 4-day work week possible, with practice hours from Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, one late evening), and optional half-day Fridays.
• Strong Financial Package:
  • Competitive compensation: $800/day or 32%–35% of production

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of bread and butter dentistry including crowns, fillings, extractions, and cleanings.
• Optional procedures include Invisalign, implants, and root canals.
• Engage with a patient population that is predominantly retired and relocating into the area.
• Work alongside a cohesive team including a lead general Dentist, 4 dental hygienists, 2 front desk staff, and 2 dental assistants.
• Provide high-quality dental care to a loyal and growing patient base.
• Maintain and support a collaborative, respectful, and community-oriented practice culture.
