A Dental Director is needed in Gardner, MA.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $135,000 to $157,000+ (based on experience; potential for more with tenure)
- Bonus: Quarterly production and quality bonuses (up to $2,000/quarter)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, some evening hours possible
- Health Insurance: ICHRA model with multiple plan choices (~$80 per pay period)
- Dental & Vision Insurance: Available
- Retirement: 401(k) with 4% employer match, fully vested in 4 years
- Paid Time Off: 15 vacation days, 5 personal days, 5 sick days, 10 paid holidays
- Health Time: Earn 4 hours quarterly for not using sick time (no cap)
- CME: 5 days off and $3,500 annual allowance
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for $50,000–$100,000 (NHSC)
- Malpractice Insurance: Covered
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,500 reimbursement available
Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (1 evening per week possible)
- Setting: Outpatient dental clinic (on-site)
- Population: Primarily adult patients, some pediatric
- Clinical Care: Examinations, preventive and restorative care, fillings, extractions, sealants, prescribing medications
- Leadership: Oversee up to 3 dentists and support staff
- Reporting: Reports to Chief Dental Officer
- EMR: Dentrix
- Team Fit: Must be collaborative, communicative, mission-driven, and empathetic to underserved communities
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Massachusetts dental license (no limited licenses)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Willingness to work with low-income and underserved patient populations
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
