Barton Associates is seeking a skilled General Dentist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment at a multi-specialty clinic in California. Starting on 06/09/2025, this position requires expertise in all aspects of dentistry. The schedule includes weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care in a clinic setting, utilizing eClinicalWorks for patient records. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a diverse clinical environment and may include the possibility of extension beyond the initial 60-day assignment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services
• Conduct routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• Perform more complex procedures as needed, including root canals and crowns
• Manage emergency dental cases
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using eClinicalWorks
• Ensure compliance with all dental practice standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients about their oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with dental assistants and other clinic staff
• Participate in multi-disciplinary patient care as needed
Additional Information:
• Must be a licensed Dentist with active California dental license
• Experience in all aspects of general dentistry required
• Comfort with working in a multi-specialty clinic environment
