About the Opportunity

Family-oriented dental practice is seeking a dedicated, community-minded General Dentist to join our well-established practice in Pittsburg, Kansas. This position offers a rare opportunity to step into a fully digital, high-demand clinic with a six-month new patient waitlist.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Team Support: 2 FT Dentists, 1 PT Dentist, 3 Dental Hygienists, 5 Dental Assistants
• Operatories: 8 fully equipped ops
• Patient Volume: 12–13 PPD (75% adults / 25% kids, including Medicaid)
• Procedures: Comprehensive General Dentistry — including Extractions, Fillings, Endodontics
• Technology: Newly digitized office featuring iTero, ICAT, PrimeScan, and more
• New Patient Demand: 6-month waitlist; doctors currently booked out through December
• Clinic Production: Strong earning potential with a $1,200 daily guarantee + 35% collections
• Payor Mix: Private Insurance, FFS, Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $250,000–$300,000 annually
• Compensation Model: $1,200 daily guarantee or 35% of collections (whichever is greater)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid over 3 quarters)
• Comprehensive Benefits: State membership dues, malpractice insurance, lab fees, all supplies/materials covered, 401(k) plan, and more
• Equity Opportunity: Potential for partnership after 1 year. Plans are underway to establish a DSO to support long-term practice continuity—new partners would play a key role in this structure.
