This practice has deep roots in the Pittsburg community and serves a loyal, multigenerational patient base. With a six-month new patient waitlist and providers currently booked out through the end of the year, the incoming dentist will walk into an immediate and consistent schedule.

The position is open due to the replacement of a departing provider, and the team is actively seeking someone who wants to build long-term stability, contribute to the practice culture, and potentially grow into an ownership role.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Operatories: 8 fully equipped treatment rooms
• Patient Volume: 12–13 patients per day
  • ~75% adults / ~25% pediatrics (Medicaid accepted)
• Patient Demographics: All ages (very young or complex pediatric cases are referred as appropriate)

Clinical Scope

• Comprehensive General Dentistry
• Strong focus on:
  • Extractions
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Endodontics
• Referrals supported when clinically appropriate

Team & Support

• Doctors: 2 full-time dentists, plus an additional provider returning to clinical care following surgery
• Support Staff:
  • 3 Dental Hygienists
  • 5 Dental Assistants
• Collaborative, experienced team with a strong emphasis on patient care and efficiency

Technology & Office

The practice has recently undergone a full digital upgrade, including:

• iTero
• i-CAT CBCT
• PrimeScan
• New digital scanners and updated clinical systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Model:
  • $1,200 daily guarantee or 35% of collections (whichever is greater)
• Earning Potential: $250,000–$260,000+ annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid over three quarters)
