A Dentist is needed in Putnam, CT.

This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable dental organization.
Salary and Benefits
- Daily guarantee starting at $800+ per day (increased with experience)
- 35% of collections plus bonus structure (increased with experience)

Responsibilities
- Flexible schedule
- 5-20 patients per day, depending on comfort level
- Meeting with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform cleanings and preventative procedures, and establish treatment plans
- Managing and communicating with staff members to provide comprehensive care
- Performing dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, fillings, crowns, implant placement, Invisalign, and additional general dentistry services
- Software: Eaglesoft
Requirements
- Clear and Active Dentist License (DDS or DMD) in the State of Connecticut
- H-1B or J-1 Visa will be considered
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Compassionate care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
