Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $122,000 - $164,000
- Productivity bonus is: an additional $5.00 per billable patient visit, more than 1.7 patients per hour

Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums
- Treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting oral hygiene and retention of teeth
- Fit dental appliances or provide preventive care to dental clinic patients; maintain dental records;
- Review and notify patients of diagnostic test and consultation results
- Respond to patient care tasks and phone calls consistently with good dental practice.
- The productivity standard is 1.5 patients per hour.
- 4-or 5-day work week
- 1-2 dental assistants per dentist
- Patients are assigned to individual dentists to allow for continuity of care
- Other dentist(s) in the office to allow for treatment collaboration and mentorship
- Wide variety of procedures completed in-office (composites, amalgams, dentures, partials, extractions, crown and bridge, endo, etc.)
- Medical clinic and pharmacy on site
Requirements
- State of Michigan Dentist License
- US Doctor of Dental Medicine degree
