A thriving private dental practice is actively seeking a General Dentist to join its well-established team. This is a unique opportunity for both new and experienced dentists to step into a full clinical schedule with the option to pursue up to 40% ownership. Position Highlights:

• Flexible 4–5 day workweek with no weekends or on-call responsibilities
• Access to advanced technology, including CBCT, in-house milling, intraoral scanners, and AI-assisted diagnostics
• Dedicated team per provider—no shared hygienists or assistants
• Rotating in-house specialists across endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics

Compensation & Benefits:

• Initial daily guarantee of $700 for 90 days (extensions negotiable)
• Production-based pay ranging from 27% to 33% with typical earnings of $200K–$300K+ annually
• Monthly profit-sharing payouts; no clawbacks or ambiguous contract terms
• Negotiable sign-on and relocation bonuses (typically up to $10K)
• Medical (with employer contribution), dental, optional vision, malpractice coverage, and 401(k) with 3% match
• $1,000 CE stipend, tuition-free Glidewell CE, Spear membership, monthly study clubs, and annual retreats
